Unfortunately, today, they didn’t communicate with the driver my arrival time even though I informed them with the flight delay more than 24 hours before arrival and they still didn’t communicate this to the driver. Even worse, when I called the person responsible of the booking, he told me that he is out of country and someone will call. However, 20 minutes later they called back and offered to send me a car as soon as possible and they even waived the whole charge. Was it a dissapointing experience, Yes - waiting for an hour after a very long trip is not fun. But, mistakes happen and what separate good companies from great ones is how to react to these mistakes.
